Iridescent ripples of a bright blue and pink liquid

During my internship at Bicentenario Bank, I had the privilege of spearheading a transformative initiative aimed at optimizing the credit batch processing project. Through meticulous planning, strategic execution, and innovative solutions, I made significant contributions to enhancing operational efficiency and driving cost savings within the organization.

Project Highlights

Reduced Time to Completion

By quantifying and estimating the total efforts required and meticulously planning the project roadmap, I successfully reduced the time to completion from [original duration] to [reduced duration], demonstrating my project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Mitigated Technical Debt

Recognizing the importance of addressing technical debt, I took proactive measures to document the system architecture for the credit batch processing project. This initiative led to a reduction in technical debt within the organization, laying the foundation for future scalability and sustainability.

Cost Savings

Through strategic estimation and reservation of storage space and processing capacity, I achieved substantial cost savings of 70% in both development and production infrastructure costs. By optimizing resource utilization and leveraging advanced technologies, I maximized efficiency while minimizing expenditure, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
